Some pieces are new with old-inspired craftsmanship, some are contemporary with European design and others are antiques with a very interesting history. We think there is a crossover between interiors from different cultures that have strong similarities and show how the old-world use of materials and carpentry shared a similar context – for example herding on a Fäbodvall and its kinship with herding on the Mongolian steppe. Mixed together with modern interior elements we think it adds and interesting mix to urban city living. Anyway, this is our first collection and we have an ambition to evolve it with other types of products for the home.
// A few weeks ago I received an invitation to a sneak-peak for a new showroom in Gärdet, Stockholm. In Dusty Deco’s former place, Room Culture just started their new business. Unfortunately, I had no opportunity to be there, but Sabine owning Room Culture with her husband, describes it this way:

So if you´re in Stockholm, I think you should pop by at Östhammarsgatan 69, Garage 798.
